Shipping policy
Production and dispatch
Every Meeh item is made especially for you after payment is confirmed. Our usual production and dispatch time is 5 to 7 business days, plus transit time, which varies by destination country.
Destinations
We ship to Portugal (including the Azores and Madeira), mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, all other European Union countries, the United States, Switzerland and Australia. Shipments within the EU have no customs duties.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Portugal & Spain: €4.99. Rest of the EU: €7.99. Free shipping on orders of two or more hoodies. Azores & Madeira: €9.99, free from three hoodies. United States: $19.90 per order, tracked, delivered in about 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Switzerland: €12.99 per order, tracked, about 4 to 8 business days. Australia: €19.90 per order, tracked, about 8 to 15 business days. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
United States: duties and taxes included
US prices are shown in US dollars and already include import duties and customs fees. We pay them before your parcel leaves, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Switzerland and Australia: import fees
Australia: orders under AUD 1,000 arrive with no import fees. Switzerland: a single hoodie usually arrives with no fees; on larger orders, Swiss import VAT (8.1%) and a Swiss Post handling fee may be charged to the recipient on delivery. Prices for Switzerland and Australia are shown in local currency at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or not collected may be reshipped upon payment of new shipping costs.
Delays
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of purchase (45 days for the United States, Switzerland and Australia), you may request cancellation and a full refund.
